Addressing the Root Cause: From Damp to Dry

The initial challenge involved tackling severe damp issues. S&H Group identified the source of the problem and completely removed the existing floor. To create a solid foundation for the new salon, they poured a new concrete basement floor, along with reinforcing the surrounding walls.

A Sustainable Approach: Lowering the Water Table

To prevent future damp issues, S&H Group implemented a well and pump system. This innovative solution effectively controls the water table level, safeguarding the building’s structural integrity and ensuring a healthy environment for the salon’s patrons.
